The buyer of record at closing may differ from Prime Valley Home Buyers LLC. This is a standard part of our real estate investment business.
6. No real estate agency relationship
Although the owner of Prime Valley Home Buyers LLC is a licensed California real estate agent, when purchasing property through Prime Valley Home Buyers LLC he acts solely as a principal/buyer and does not represent you in any agent-client capacity. Our interest in any transaction is as a buyer (or assignor to a buyer). You are encouraged — and we recommend — that you consult with your own attorney, accountant, real estate agent, or other licensed professionals before entering into any transaction.
7. Your responsibilities
